You can chat with your coach via instant message anytime. For voice calls or scheduled appointments, please contact our customer support team to book a session.

Yes, Gro coaches can provide tailored dietary and exercise advice based on your personal goals and needs. However, for medical or highly specialised advice, we may recommend consulting with your doctor or a registered dietitian.

When will I be charged?

If you opt for a monthly or quarterly subscription, you will be charged after the 7 day trial period ends.

If you opt for an annual subscription (includes coaching), you will be charged immediately upon subscribing.

Can I get a refund?

If you haven't accessed any content yet, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchasing it and receive a full refund. After you access the content, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable. If you need a hand getting your subscription cancelled or refunded, please contact our customer support team.

No, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of your current billing period.

Coaching support is only available with active subscriptions. However, you can still access the programme materials and resources after your subscription ends.

Can I adjust the difficulty of the exercise programmes?

Easy does it! Gro caters to all fitness levels with adjustable exercise programs: Reduced Mobility, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Choose the program that best suits you and get moving!

Gro offers a 7-day free trial for all paid subscriptions except the annual plan. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the free trial ends to avoid any charges.
