W8Buddy+ is a digital pathway for people in Tier 4 Weight Management Services developed through a collaboration between DDM Health, specialist weight management clinicians at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW), and patients using the UHCW specialist weight management service.

W8Buddy+ is intended as a support tool for patients before and after weight loss surgery. It does not replace your clinical care.

Who is this program suitable for?

People aged 18 or over

People who are not currently pregnant

People with BMI of 40 or over without any other health conditions OR a BMI of 35 or over and living with a long term health condition such as diabetes

People motivated to change their lifestyle

People receiving intensive management in a Tier 3 Service.
