Our coaches work with members to understand their goals, overcome challenges and find realistic changes that fit into their lives. They provide practical advice, regular encouragement and a supportive space where members can learn without feeling judged.
Across our programmes in Wales, Bexley, West Sussex and Wolverhampton, members have shared how their coaches helped them stay motivated, build confidence and make lasting changes.
Life-changing support in West Sussex
For West Sussex member Deric, working with Health Coach Tomos Weaver had a life-changing impact.
“Tomos Weaver gave me back my life.”
Deric experienced a family loss during the programme, but the support he received helped him continue:
“I suffered a family loss during the programme but with Tomos’ support I continued.”
Reflecting on the difference Tomos made to his journey, Deric added:
“I can’t compliment Tomos enough. He has completely changed my life.”

Approachable and inspiring coaching in Wales
Members of our Wales programme have praised Health Coach Yasmin for her knowledge, empathy and approachable style.
Rhiannon said:
“Yasmin my coach was fantastic help. Really down to earth and delivered a fantastic course.”
Barbara highlighted Yasmin’s ability to make information accessible and create a welcoming environment:

Motivation throughout the programme
Making lasting changes takes time, and motivation can naturally rise and fall along the way. Regular contact with a Health Coach gives members the opportunity to discuss their progress, work through setbacks and focus on their next achievable step.
Paula, who joined the Wales programme, explained:
